BBQ donuts (21 Mar)

Girls had their weekly meeting on 21 Mar (Fri).
They learned to make another kind of food, donuts.
I also learned too.
Steps:

1. Mash the sweet potato.
2. Add sugar to sweet potato. (Do not assume the sweet potato is sweet.)
3. Add flour and some water to make it into a dough.
4. Take a small piece and make a fat ring out of it.
5. Deep fry it

Instead of frying it, a patrol nearly BBQ it.
Their mesh tin caught fire.
Height of fire was around 1 m high.
What is their immediate reaction?
As expected, they screamed.
Though there was a mesh tin filled with water, no one used to extinguish the fire.
Probably, they were waiting for some macho NCDCC boys to put out for us.

What is the learning lesson?
Fill only half the mesh tin with oil instead to the brim.
If the flames touch the oil, then we will need to invite the macho NCDCC guys again.
